Cancellation Policy
- Customers may cancel their order within 3 days of order placement.
- After 3 days, cancellations will no longer be accepted as the order will have moved into processing or fulfillment stages.
Refund Policy
- Once a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be initiated.
- Refunds will be disbursed within 7 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Please note that the time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exceptions
- Customized or personalized products may not be eligible for cancellation or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
- Refund/exchange requests will not will not be accepted if tags are removed from the product.
