Return Policy – Flair 2 Wear

At Flair 2 Wear, we value your trust and want you to feel confident in every purchase. Our return policy is designed to be simple, fair, and transparent.

Process Before Return Approval

  • The customer must share clear pictures of all the products within the package before the return request can be approved.

Return Window

  • Returns are permitted within 3 days from the date of delivery. (Orders being delivered to the customer)
  • After 3 days, we are unable to process returns.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
  • Returns will not be accepted if any item within the package is damaged post delivery.
  • Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during return transit.

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days of return approval.
  • Please note: The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale events.
  • Refund requests will not will not be accepted if tags are removed from the product.
